Cargo Plus Florida's Roger Malubay:  Giving Back to the Community The Malubay name burst into Filipino vocabulary when young Filipina Ramiele Malubay became one of the 10 finalists in the American Idol. Behind the success of the Filipino diva are parents Roger and Alice Malubay. "It has been always in our minds that our daugther will make it to the top," said Roger, an engineer by trade, now a businessman in charge of Cargo Plus Florida. "If one is persistent and sincere to achieve goals, it will happen," added Roger. "It is this same passion that I serve our Filipino community."
