"Our championship victories can be attributed to our hard work, teamwork, and talent," said Blancas. "We practice throughout the year. In our 7 Open Title championships, we won that title three years in a row from 2005 to 2007."

It certainly helps that Blanca's sharp eye for talent allowed him to recruit top caliber players in the FSA sports program. "We have former PBA / PBL players participate in our program," said Blancas. "A lot of our players were also top picks and draftees in Philippine professional basketball."
